We figured out what I needed, lease or buy the one I was returning, did the paperwork and walked out a car owner. Very pleasant experience!

I needed an alignment and tire rotation after the oil change and I think it took too long.

We dealt with Charles. He was very kind. We also dealt a bit with the sales manager Mark. He was very customer satisfied driven. We were not close to the dealership and could not leave the house, so they brought the car and paperwork to us.

Just came in for a tire rotation this time. I appreciate talking to Jerry on his advisement about future maintenance concerns.

Kelly is always amazing! She gets me checked in super quick and always stays in touch letting me know what my car needs and if I can’t do it all at once, the order in which it should be done. I listen to her & she is very honest & accommodating.
