Kelly got my car in right away for a recall repair. She had Richard take me home right. My car was done much sooner than expected and Richard came to take me to get my car. We had a lovely conversation on both trips. Kelly had my car ready and waiting outside. I couldn't get my GPS to connect so she sent Charles out to trouble shoot the problem. We tried two of my usb cords with no luck. He went and got his own cord and I also found another cord that worked. He gave me his cord in case I had a problem with mine. Kelly and Charles deserve 5 stars for their excellent service. Kelly always takes excellent care of my car and me!

Jesse was awesome and super helpful. George was great and helpful as well! The only reason I didn’t choose excellent was because the wait was so long to see George. I wish I would have been told in advance how long I was going to wait so I could have gone to feed my kids. I was there from 4:30-9pm even though I had started my process on a different day. I could have been told we can try again tomorrow instead of wasting my time.
