Jerry was professional and personable. I like the print out along with photos explaining what is recommended to service my car that Deland Honda gives you. I very much like being able to text for updates on my car rather than a phone call.I brought my car in that was due for about $1,000 worth of service and repair. It was an odd coincidence that on top of all I brought it in for suddenly my 2yr old battery completely died unexpectedly while it was at Honda to be serviced. I was not having any issue with my battery so that was upsetting and confusing. The only other disappointment was that apparently Deland Honda does not vacuum the inside of the car before it’s picked up. I used to bring my car to Sanford Honda and they always vacuumed it. I was looking forward to that since I never have the time to do it. But it was given back to me after spending $1,000 the same as I brought it in. 😞 I just expected a little more from Deland Honda to please the customer.
