Very pleasant and comfortable experience as soon as we walked in. The receptionist, Leslie, made us feel welcomed and really set the tone. Gabby was the sales rep that worked with us and was very polite and patient with us. The sales manager Raul was just as professional and courteous. Cline was the finance rep we worked with and very friendly, helped find a extra rebate which was awesome. Would definitely come back if I was in the market for another vehicle. Appt. was met on time. Service people very helpful. Wait time was told to me and it waswhat was estimated. Have never had my Honda Fit serviced anywhere else but Coggin Holler since it was purchased there in 2008. Thank you.
