I made the appointment online. But to make sure I drove there to confirm. Honda had no record of my appointment. So, right then they made the appointment. I tried to show them that the appointment was confirmed online but there was no interest in fixing the software. That baffled me.

As my first experience buying from a dealership, I do t have a comparison, BUT the sales man Bob, was attentive to what I was looking for, listened to what I needed, and sold me the vehicle I now love and drive! He was even excited for me when I got a YES! I love this place and would definitely recommend others to purchase from them!
