I made the appointment online. But to make sure I drove there to confirm. Honda had no record of my appointment. So, right then they made the appointment. I tried to show them that the appointment was confirmed online but there was no interest in fixing the software. That baffled me.

Very happy with my Sales rep. Sam, he worked hard to get the car we wanted with the options we requested. He responded quickly to my calls and text messages.

As my first experience buying from a dealership, I do t have a comparison, BUT the sales man Bob, was attentive to what I was looking for, listened to what I needed, and sold me the vehicle I now love and drive! He was even excited for me when I got a YES! I love this place and would definitely recommend others to purchase from them!
