Oil change and make sure the car was ok for a trip. Kelly gets me in early so I can wait for the car. She also advises me as to what I need to have done and makes sure I am well taken care of.

Greeted by young man, very pleasant. Super busy. I checked in with Kelly and waited. She came a hour later to update me. Wanted to see if I needed water. Came in to get me and explained weaknesses that need to be looked at and I left.
