Excellent service, compassion for the customer

Had a quote regarding repairs and it wasn’t honered

Had to wait for 1 month for part to come in for my Honda Accord. Really appreciated that Honda waived replacement fee, even though my car had 39,000 miles…repair was very unusual.

It was an excellent, positive experience.

Had several small items needing attention plus a recall item. Very satisfied from beginning to end of my experience!

Everyone was so helpful the guy Shea and the salesman were so friendly and attentive

Had to come back from Daytona Beach a 2nd time to service the recall service cable issue as the service agent who originally set up appointment to come & get recall repaired did not know it was a 5 hr. Job to repair. My wife had to waste another half day because she was originally advised it would only take several hrs. max.
