It was easy to make an appointment.They have friendly and professional staff.I was disappointed that I was charged $99 for the computer diagnostic even though I spent nearly $1000 at Honda getting my Honda serviced. in most places if you get your vehicle serviced this fee would be waived.

I made an appointment with Mark for services on my CRV. I dropped off my car & the shuttle took me home so I could work.Mark called a few hours later & sent the shuttle to pick me up.Mark & the shuttle driver were very polite & accommodating. I appreciate the excellent service that everyone provided to fix the problems with my vehicle.I am extremely happy that we purchased the extended warranty when we bought the CRV!!
