The staff who immediately greeted me in the service department were friendly, informative, and listened to all that had me coming for service. The Service Manager was incredibly generous with his time and drove my vehicle a second time with me riding along as he asked helpful questions to get to why I was concerned about a noise within my vehicle. They went the extra mile to ensure their diagnosis which fortunately was a clean bill of health for my wonderful 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Thank you Aaron and all, Drew

I thought I had made an appointment online on your website, but apparently the appointment scheduling did not complete. When I showed up, the representative was able to fit me in. I appreciated that.

I was in a serious bind. I was leaving for the airport and just discovered a screw in my tire. Fearing a possible blowout on the way, I called the only person I could think of: Kelly Stover!With her calming tone she assured me that it will be done within 1.5 hrs of hitting the service department door. I was there in 15 minutes.An hour later the tech had removed the screw, but its length was so short, it did not puncture the tire!I was on my way to the airport and caught my flight with ease - all thanks to Kelly Stover and the Mysterious Tech!

One of the best experiences I have had! I have been to that dealership for maintenance maybe 3 times before and this was by far the best time I went. Ms.Kelly is outstanding and great. Loved how she took care of me and was informative with everything. I will only be seeing Ms. Kelly from this point on whenever I come to have any service done.
