It went very well, largely because Sam was extremely helpful. He answered questions, gave us an excellent introduction to the vehicle, took his time, helpled us on the test drive.Thank you, Sam.

Staff was very cooperative and knowledgeable. My major issue is that to transfer ownership of a vehicle took four and one half hours which I consider ridiculous.

This was my first service appointment since punching a new vehicle with Coggin Deland Honda. It was incredibly easy to virtually book an appointment time that worked for us, they were prepared with all of our info when we pulled up and the service was completed right on schedule! Approachable and friendly staff helped answer any questions we had about the process, thank you!

Honda Rep. Kelly was able to give me and appointment that worked well for me. I had my brake fluid changed and felt the wait time was reasonable. I have had good service in the past and will continue coming back when needed.

I arrived to Coggin DeLand Honda with a TrueCar certificate for an HR-V, the car was not available at the moment of the visit, but the team was very helpful in finding in a very short period of time the exact model that I was looking and we were able to complete the purchase before the end of the month.

I had a smooth experience buying my new Honda pilot at Coggins DeLand. I wanted to purchase the vehicle in my favorite color and Coggins Deland located one in couple of days. Also I got the best price in the market. The whole paper work was done before my arrival and I only had to put the final signatures. Thank you Miguel for making it easy :)

Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. There was no mark ups or pressure to buy immediately. Everyone made me feel welcome and at ease.

I stopped in to Coggin Honda at the end of December to look at the new CRV Hybrid Sport Touring since they had a complete redesign. I knew I wasn’t going to purchase a car that day but just wanted to look. I was greeted by my salesman, Raul. I took the car for a test drive and liked it real well but was going to leave because I was not purchasing a car that day. I ALWAYS shop my prices. Well I was getting ready to leave when the Sales Manager, Mark Perez, came out and introduced himself. Real nice guy and offered to show me what a deal would look like with my trade in. I said yes to seeing what a deal would look like, again knowing I was not going to purchase a car that day. The deal proposed was quite low on my trade in but I didn’t have the trade in with me so they were just quoting off my VIN #. I did end up leaving and later on sending Mark photos of my actual vehicle. Mark sent me a new quote that was better. I then shopped around but couldn’t find a better deal so I agreed on the latest quote from Mark. He then had to locate the vehicle which he did within a week or so and then I paid a $500 deposit. Original delivery date was supposed to be February and ended up being March but no big deal. I appreciated the fact that Mark kept my deal the same even though I put some more miles on my car AND the MSRP on the CRV increased, however he told me we had a deal when we agreed and for as long as it took to locate my car so had the deal changed any, I may have not have gone through with it. I picked up my car last Friday 3/31. Upon returning home I noticed damage to the weatherstripping on the back tailgate window AND damage to my custom license plate from the tag transfer. I believe the weatherstripping was damaged by the Coggin Honda techs when they changed out all my emblems to Gloss Black, but I have no proof. I also asked Mark to save my original silver emblems, but he said the message didn’t get to the technicians and that they were gone…I let Mark know immediately of the damages on Saturday morning. He then called me and said he would get a new plate mailed to me and work on figuring out how to fix the weatherstripping. Ended up being that a glass company had to come in and remove the glass to replace the weatherstripping; I was not too excited about this intrusive repair on my BRAND NEW car but what was I to do? I brought it back on Wednesday at noon and then came back Wednesday evening to pick it up. Mark checked in with me Friday to see how my repair went and I let him know that the trim around the rear tailgate window is not flush and I noticed some scratches on the trim in the trunk area. So now I have to bring the car back yet again for this. I am coming in next Saturday and hopefully by then I will have been able to test the rear tailgate wiper, defroster, and make sure there are no leaks around the window. It had to stay dry for 2 days so I haven’t tested anything yet. All of my communication has been with Mark, not my salesman, Raul, which I thought was odd, but I am not sad about it. Mark has great customer service skills and always follows up when he says. Also, during this time I referred a customer to Raul who ended up buying a car but I never heard a word from Raul about it. When I was in there picking up my car we got to talk about about referrals and he thanked me for referring Joel. I was surprised to hear that Joel had bought the car because I never heard from Raul. I asked Raul where my $100 referral fee was and he quickly got up and got the paperwork to add me as a vendor. I shouldn’t of had to bring this up, this should have been automatic. I told Raul I was referring a customer and gave him the name. Apparently my check is “in the mail” but I haven’t received it yet.
