My experience has been great over the past three years or more with the service department. Mr. Jerry Figueroa and Ms. Kelly Stover have been exceptional, warm, welcoming and efficient in meeting managing the required service to my 2012 honda accord.

I came into the dealership to make an appointment to schedule an oil change and tire rotation as offered in the mailer sent by Coggins. I was convinced by a representative to have the service done immediately. I agreed. After completion of the service I noticed my glove compartment was not working at spec. I bought it to the attention of the manager who had the tech fix it. Also after leaving, the tire sensor triggered for lack of air. The manager filled all 4 tires with air to spec. Additionally I was charged for tire rotation. I had to remind the rep that I received a mailer that included tire rotation for free. He appeared reluctant to make the changes to the bill but did finally agree after I made my case. I will continue to use Coggins because it is a superior dealership. My experience at this service was just a hiccup and should not be held against the dealership as a whole. So 4 stars.

Excellent service provided. Even though I arrived early, Kelly greeted me with a smile and carefully reviewed the history and listened to all of my concerns. She called us in a timely fashion to discuss concerns that arose during the service visit and helped us prioritize based on my driving habits, budget, and immediate needs.

Service was prompt, thorough and reasonably priced. Got a free car wash too.
