We were very happy with the process. Sam A did a great job with the sale and the delivery.The finance and document guy (sorry forgot his name) was very thorough and explained all.My only issue was the slow service for final delivery. It gave me a little concern on why it took so long especially with the 180-point inspection that was done previously. I feel all of the service should have been done then. (Quick wash and deliver) My fault I guess for showing up late in the day! Still - a very good job.

After browsing the official Honda website I asked to be referred to nearby Honda dealers so I could purchase a new Honda Civic Touring. Unfortunately the closest dealer was considerably higher than MSRP so I reached out to dealers that were farther away. Right away I heard from Alan Ragunt and he walked me through the whole process and it was painless, clear and no surprises.
