The service I was provided was top notch. However I have some issues with my vehicle that need resolving that I'm not sure of the cause of (some of my door locks don't work as intended). I wanted to ask Coggin Deland to look into these but unfortunately, there's a $100 diagnostic fee to have a tech look into this issue prior to providing an estimate. It's frustrating to have to pay to find out if an issue can be fixed and to pay to find out even what the fix price would be. I don't want to be in a position where I may end up wasting that diagnostic fee so unfortunately I'll just wait and not resolve the issue.

Alan and Jeff were both courteous and professional. While there was a problem that came up, he was handled very quickly.
