Kelly Stoffer (?) is the best and I always schedule with her. She helps select the best services to maintain my truck and I always know the charges on advance. She communicates too let me know status. I would not use Coggin if Kelly were not there.

Was not happy to pay $40 for windshield wipers after being quoted $24.99. Said it was because i had replaced with a different brand. Why didn't they catch that when they told me needed to replace in May?
