My experience was nothing but positive. I had totaled my car and was waiting on insurance to pay me and I was allowed to put money down and the car was marked SOLD and put in the back lot until my insurance check came to me. When I received the monies, I went to pick up the car and was on my way. My experience with Honda has always been a positive one. Thank you
