Set up appointment on line and confirmed directly by phone with dealer service department. I was able to get the time slot that I desired.Upon arrival I was immediately met by service advisor who took my info and then had my regular service advisor Kelly Stover handle all the details of my service requirements. When done waited in the reception area for about 45 minutes and was pleasantly surprised when Kelly appeared and said that service was completed.This was the third or fourth time I had Kelly as my service advisor and she is one of the reasons why I continue to use Coggin to service my CR-V.

as usual, the service staff was very nice and helpful, and the work was completed in the time expected.

Everything went on point I had a great time and the agents there were wonderful couldn’t ask for anything more
