Great service very timely

I was meant by courteous and friendly people. They asked questions about my vehicle and what they could do to help me. I was escorted to a clean and comfortable waiting room while my car was serviced. They gave me updates on my vehicle and suggested added service to my vehicle. After my service was finished they brought my vehicle to me and thanked me for choosing their service department to work on my vehicle.

I had one experience last week and one yesterday. Not sure which you want to know about. However Jerry Figeroa (sp?), sevice manager was great. Both events had to do with the tire pressure, tire on the 2022 HRV. Once again I will state that last week my experience with Honda Roadside Assistance was awful. Five phone calls, each call asking for something different and finally Jerry stepping in to get some of the assistance I needed.

Kelly in service processed me in, explained what needed to be done and what was optional, then kept me informed as the work progressed.I did not purchase a car. I brought mine in for service
