I was greeted by Jerry, the head of the Service department. Then later by Joey. I previously wrote up what I needed done on the website and carried in a copy with me giving it to Joey. The Service Department texted me regarding the fact that my car filter needing replacement, so I approved that purchase and alerted me to the fact that my tires were over five years old and due to their type that they are usually changed out about then, but that they still had a good amount of tread on them—since I don’t drive that much and the car is housed in my garage instead of out in the hot sun. They told me to keep an eye on the side walls and edges of the tires for any signs of cracking. I decided not to change the tires out during this visit, but will keep an eye on them for now. Additionally, I asked them for an estimate on some Michelin tires in case I want to purchase them on the future. The servicing of my vehicle took a lot less time than I thought it might and it was an added bonus having the car cleaned up saving me time in not having to clean the front windshield that needed it!

The tech was thorough and explained that tire rotation was not necessary because of there condition. My husband arrived earlier than his scheduled appointment and they took him before his time. They also washed the car, 8 was very satisfied.
