Coffee machine was not working properly. It was not fully filling the cup. I know I did not have to pay anything, but it was a cold day, and I would have appreciated a nice hot cup of coffee.

They gave me regular updates on the progress and with all the fixes it was ready within a day. Everyone was helpful and courteous and I would highly recommend them.
