I had a good experience when purchasing a used 2013 Ford Edge at Coggin Honda. I was never pressured or made to feel intimidated at any time. My salesman Andy was polite, professional, and seemed honest and sincere when giving me my options on the cars available in the price range I was looking for. I asked for some window tint I did not like that was on the car to be removed. Andy got with the mechanics and had it removed by the time my paperwork was complete. I had also asked for the front wheels to be aligned , and again Andy got that done before everything else was complete. No charge or arguments, just good customer service. During the final stage of purchase I was given options on warranties available, again with no pressure. I got a 5 year , 60,000 mile warranty. I enjoyed the entire process, love the car I bought, and would definately do business again with Coggin Honda when I purchase my next vehicle. GREAT SERVICE

When my car failed to start, and I had it towed in for service at 1:50 PM, you were able to identify the problem quickly, get it repaired (and wash my car!), and send the courtesy van to pick me up. Then, sincde the starter had to be replaced, the radio and clock had to be reset which you did gladly. AAA would have towed my car elsewhere, but I chose to come to you because of my loyalty and my relationship with the service manager.

I called Coggins Deland Honda in search of a good used Honda Pilot with low mileage at a reasonable price. One was offered and arrangements were quickly made to bring the SUV to my home to evaluate the next morning. That was a big plus since I was without a car. The sales advisor was prompt, gave me a thorough tour of the vehicle and a test drive. All the boxes were checked so we drove to the dealership to seal the deal. I'm pleased with my new vehicle.
