I took my car in for them to tell me what was wrong with the car. They inspected the car and gave me the results. Several mayor things were wrong. I had them fix the problem and now it works great. Several other things minor, but I’ll do those later. The service dept. was great. V.j.l.

Ok with the process except it took too long. 4 hrs is a long time

I was greeted with a a smile. Jerry told me to relax in the customer lounge. My service request was handled ( loved vehicle status link) out the door I went.

We recently had our Honda Odyssey in for service. Kelly and the service techs always do a fantastic job of keeping our van running smoothly.

It seemed there was a lot of confusion about what was really wrong with the car. It was nice the dealership gave me the use of a car while they tried to find the problem. On top of finding the problem they created another problem and I used their loaner again. Hopefully all the problems are resolved and I have my car back and everything seems to be working again.
