I was pleased with the service when I visited Coggin Honda in Deland. The sale person was so genuine, humble, and I felt comfortable in the process of searching for the vehicle that was going to fit me. The process went smooth and he answered all of my question and he also gave me inputs which helped me pin point what I wanted. Finance department worked amazing with me and did all they were able to do to see me an my family smile and drive a w ay with the vehicle we fell in love with. I made an appointment online at Deland. I never received a confirmation. When I arrived at the agreed upon time I was told I had NO appointment. I checked at Orlando location to see if there had been a scheduling mistake made and there wasn't. I called John, the service manager, to report the situation. He said he'd research it. I never heard from him after the call. That was frustrating. After wasting my time and RESCHEDULING, Seth did an excellent job. I was pleased with the level of customer service he provided.
