upon my arrival at the service department service began almost immediately. My car needed a recall item repaired. Repairs were completed promptly while I waited in a comfortable lounge. I have used the service department many times over the past few years and have always been completely satisfied.

mr beel was very helpful and answered questions without rolling his eyes or making me feel uncomfortable...my honda is running better the situation with my sparkplug was the strangest part of it all...i'm so glad i called jim slezak for help...i also learned that my 2006 honda crv takes full synthetic oil which means i will be changing the company that i have been getting oils changes, for the last 12 yrs, to coggin honda....thank you jim and john for the excellent customer service...
