mr beel was very helpful and answered questions without rolling his eyes or making me feel uncomfortable...my honda is running better the situation with my sparkplug was the strangest part of it all...i'm so glad i called jim slezak for help...i also learned that my 2006 honda crv takes full synthetic oil which means i will be changing the company that i have been getting oils changes, for the last 12 yrs, to coggin honda....thank you jim and john for the excellent customer service...

I always experience excellent service from DeLand Coggin Honda! I love being able to drop my car off on a Friday evening and allowing the service department to work on my car as they have the time, the next day. Saturdays are the only days I can have my car serviced so I enjoy the freedom. Always honest and reliable with what needs to be done with Honda certified parts!
