Great customer service!

Great service! Very friendly shuttle (thanks, "Jim-bo!") My only issue was not knowing how long service would take and needing to track my own car down in the afternoon. I understand days and customers get crazy busy, but keeping the customer informed is important. Was able to get my car back same day, which was a bonus - but near closing of day.

We were very pleased with the way we were treated by our salesman, Joey Meyerhoffer, he put no pressure on us and was able to answer all of our questions. I would recommend Deland Coggin to anyone and I would tell them to ask for Joey!

My unexpeected starter replacement was rather pricey. The shop supply charge was for what and it was rather pricey considering there was no waste to depose of. Kelley was as always great.
