The service representative worked with me to explain what needed to be done with my car and used my 10% coupon to help bring the cost down a bit. The repair took a little longer than I was expecting, but I was provided a courtesy ride to and from the dealership. And someone took the time to reset my clock to the correct time which I had been unable to do for several years.

Purchased 2020 Honda CRV, AWD, Hybrid. Good vehicle to drive but after a month of driving and 2,000 miles behind the steering-wheal the Honda CRV, still has a few things to improve on. There are issues with the technology that interfere with efficiency of (driving vs traffic flow and driver vs vehicle technology), lack of technology for range of cost / MSRP, and lastly ergonomics for driver and passenger needing improvements. Honda makes it a bit difficult to negotiate price / out the door pricing so it did take a while to come to terms on a price. Felt a little rushed through the purchase process especially in the evening, and due to low lighting in the evening I could not spots blemishes on vehicle till next morning. I did contact dealer about blemish and they halfway corrected my concerns. As for one of the staff members Leon Mason; he provided great customer service! To include, a week after the purchase of the Honda CRV, Leon made a follow up call and we discussed about the vehicle.
