Great experience but they didn’t perform a car wash as promised

Service was completed on time and quicker than estimated. My service advisor is Jerry. He remembers his customers and their vehicles, is very responsive, friendly yet professional. I don’t trust easily where my car is concerned, and Jerry has earned my trust.

When given list of items in “fair” condition I was suspicious because my wiper blades were just replaced a few months ago by my IN dealership. I guess I haven’t developed enough trust in these reports . I wish Honda had a National system where one dealer can see what has been done at another dealership.

I had a recall on my Honda for a new fuel pump. Scheduling was easy; I received a shuttle ride home while the work was done, and a prompt shuttle ride back to pick up my car when it was done. It could have been a hassle, but wasn't at all.
