Had to have some front end work done with a worn axle, warped rotors and bad brake pads. The service writer and tech provided sound advice on repairs considering the age of the vehicle and life expectancy of the new parts helping us to go ahead with the repairs. A new axle, turned front rotors and new brake pads later, our van is running like new.

Other than the waiting for people to make a decision that should take five minutes, I am very pleased with the Pilot and the assistance Joey and Bob gave me. One always wishes for a lower price, but I think all and all I did OK. It always depend on how a person drives a car, but I am trying to be real conservative and am at this time getting 20 mpg. Hope I can keep that up. The CRV gave me 22 to 23, so the Pilot isn't to bad. Call when the floor mats come in. I haven't forgot the CRV key. Vernon Linder
