Kelley is a fantastic Service Rep! My only suggestion would be To the Tech that drives or works on the vehicle. When finished, remove the paper floor mat and plastic seat cover., where do you expect the customer to discard of these items, I saw no trash can! Also, they should NOT be changing the position of your steering wheel, lights ( from auto to off) and other dash selections. This could cause a problem while driving when you don’t know your lights have been turned off. Settings are personal and dependent on being left as selected by the owner. Thank you

Prio to visiting Deland Honda, I was contacted by text with Nyla. She inquired about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. We also discussed the amount I was willing to pay & the trade-in I was expecting. She assured me the dealership would be able to find the 2021 Honda Pilot EXL with AWD Ion the cool or I wanted. She told me that Deland Honda had the car I wanted, but in a different color. She arranged for us to come to Deland the next day and road test the car. When we arrived on Saturday, Leon Mason was expecting us. He spent time explaining the features on the car & arranging for my 2017 Honda Pilot EXL. I test drove the 2021 vehicle and “fell in love” - lots of improvements since 2017. Meanwhile, someone at Deland was locating the car I wanted & they let me know they could have it in a few days. The cost for the 2021 vehicle was exactly what I had found during my research + the trade-in was very acceptable. Leon told me they would add the side door mouldings and door edge protection film when the car arrived. He also said he would deliver the car to our home in The Villages. On Tuesday, he did arrive with the new car and took the time to sync our phones and the garage door. He reviewed the “bells and whistles “ on the car. This is my fourth Honda Pilot EXL and I can say, this was the BEST car buying experience ever & it was all due to the great folks at Coggin Deland Honda. My thanks to all of them for going the extra mile.
