Everything and staff were very appreciated by me in all details of my visit.

As happens many times at dealerships, multiple additional services were recommended other than the ones requested, none of which were needed. The price for the service that was requested was outlandish: $305 for an alternator that I purchased at a local auto parts store for $156; then a labor fee of $355 to install it, plus $30 of "shop fees" (whatever those are). I can say that the service advisor was polite and accommodating and the installation was completed in a timely manner. But inflated costs, as well as recommended, unnecessary services are what keeps people from bringing their vehicles in for service after a warranty expires.
