Kelly is always awesome she is very friendly with a smile on her face and always takes care of me and my needs when I come in .

My initial interaction was less than positive, but in responding to a request to offer feedback, the GM of the dealership rectified all concerns and previous perceptions. We were taken care off and treated with respect. While the paperwork could have taken a little less time we left the dealership happy.
