Kelly is a great service rep

My 2019 Honda CR-V was past due for service. I am elderly and at high risk if I should catch COVID-19. Coggin DeLand Honda sent someone to pick up my car around 9AM and they had it back to me in the early afternoon. Kelly, in the service department, is top notch. I very much appreciate the service I receive at Coggin DeLand Honda.

We drove two and a half hours to go buy a car at Coggin Honda DeLand. We were very impressed with how well the dealership handled covid-19 fears and the fact that every person at this dealership was wearing a mask. While working with Leon, a wonderful sales representative, we even saw the facility being cleaned constantly! This was perfect considering we left another dealership because we wouldn't go inside since no one was wearing masks. This really calmed our fears and facilitated us being comfortable with buying a car during this strange period of time.

Everyting was handled timely and well.

Very thorough on explaining what was accomplished with my service, always kept in contact with me, very friendly staff, I wouldn't go anywhere else

The service was fine. But now i am getting emails from siriusXM for a subscription for 3 months because i got my car serviced, and it is on a mailing list. I do not like you giving out my email like this. And i want you to remove me from whatever list you have me on. 😡

I am very pleased with the service
