Got an appointment for an oil change and recall notice at the at the time I desired. They followed up with an email of services that would be advisable for the near future. Upon pick up they explained the recommended service. The only issueI had was finding the number for the service rep. On the web there were 3 different “departments” to call. Each had the same phone number. I gave all my info to the person that answered before they transferred me to service. At that point all went smoothly.

I showed up an hour early but I was able to get in right away. I'm always impressed with the work done here. I would highly recommend them.
