I was amazed at how efficent everyone was and they certainly knew the product and patiently walked me thur everything . I was thankful as I have not brought a car since 2005. My visit was 👏 awesome. Kelly Stover was on it’s soon as I walked in the door. Service was prompt, car was washed upon arrival to pickup. I had follow up texts but I am old school with flip phone so I do not text much. Kelly had paperwork ready when I came to pick up car and I was on my way. She is a great asset to your company

I have no concerns about the staff. All were friendly and quite helpful, but the process for buying a new car is much too lengthy; admittedly some of that was due to my indecision, but there is too much paperwork. Nonetheless, Coggin Honda in DeLand is my go-to place!!

Quick and easy in and out, which provided me with the time to make it to my next appointment. Friendly, professional staff. Kelly at the service desk was very helpful, and Will in the service bay both accomodated my needs and got me on my way. Van arrived back to me freshly washed and ready for another 5,000 miles of safe use.
