Our service advisor, Jorge, is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We give him the five stars. Our problem is with our Garmin GPS update. Neither Garmin nor Honda can help us update the maps. We have tried many, many times using different USBs and different computers. We are not happy either Garmin or Honda. Each says that it is the other's problem.

I had a wonderful experience . My battery needed to be replaced and everyone was wonderful. They took my car right in and tested it after the battery was replaced.
