Great first experience with the service department of Coggin. From the initial setting of the service appointment with my advisor Bill thru my driving out the door with a shiny clean 2019 CRV all aspects of my service visit was handled professionally. Bill was able to answer a few questions which I had re my vehicle which were not apparent when I first purchased the vehicle without any hesitation and indicated that if I ever had any question to call him directly and he would try to be of assistance. Couldn’t forget to mention the good coffee and fresh donuts which were available in the guest waiting area, they helped to make the visit even better.

Jorge is a gem! He listened to our concerns & gave clear suggestions for the needed repairs. Danny has been the mechanic that usually works on our 2004 Element. He took the time to explain what he was doing.
