Kelly was great setting the appointment, making sure everything was done properly, and keeping me posted all along the way. I was very pleased with the professionalism or her and the dealership.

Coggin Your service advisor, Jorge, did a great job checking me in and out during all the confusion of the work day. Unfortunately my coupon for a Cabin Air Filter at $44+ was somehow mislaid. I had presented it and the full syn oil change one. Admittedly I should have noticed it was not on the invoice but in my haste to get out and on my way I just missed it and being hard of hearing I only catch about 60% of what is said. When I read the credit card statement is when I realized that had not been done. Whoever did the 10 point inspection saw the replacement was needed and checked it as such.

My car was taken in right away to discover what the issue was and they have ordered the part which they said would arrive in a couple of days (1 week ago) but they also did the required oil change and had me out in less than an hour.
