Every thing went great till I got in my car and found greasy foot prints all over my clean floor mats.

Overall, excellent service. But, Check in was a bit slow and it was stopped mid way through check in by a customer who had an appointment.

I took my car in for an oil change, brake inspection, new wipers, etc. I had to wait on it to be completed. Everyone was extremely professional. The car was completed in a very timely manner and no additional things were added to bill as in many other dealerships. I will continue to do business here with an eye towards purchasing a new car soon!

Kelly, my service rep, was great. Will always ask for her. The other problem I ever have is with the car wash they provide. It is always terrible. Water spots on all the windows and the car is never clean. If they are going to offer that as a service incentive then more care should be taken.
