excellent job and customer service but poor in customer amenities that need to be upgraded, lagging behind Toyota and Nissan dealership, might be something to look at to stay ahead with customer satisfaction.i suggest the technician should double checked the vehicle and make sure that everything is at par before handing the vehicle back to the customer.

My car battery died. I called Honda, I was able to get in & get the battery changed same day without delay.

Years ago, I'm glad I bought a headlight polishing package that renews them whenever needed without additional charge. Too bad there is not a class action law suit from all car owners against manufacturers who deliberately make clouding lenses. At same visit, I had synthetic oil change with filter at an excellent price.

Fast service. Quality job. Not sure the recommended service was actually necessary at this time.
