Our Service Tech, Kelly was terrific in handling our "Recall notice", and took care of other Items that needed to be done. I would award Kelly "5" points for her top quality service. Kelly has taken interest in our 2014 Honda Accord since we purchased it new in 2014.

overall not bad, but i was not informed my model did not have a roof rail which I previously asked for and had to pay $300 to add on. although the GM Ed did give it to me at cost which helped a little.
