We called for an appointment and were taken in promptly and our problem was addressed. We feel Kelly, our Service Advisor was excellent! We will always ask for her. She has been so good to us in the past.

Zack was wonderful. He explained the differences between the HR-V and the CR-V. He found my wife and myself comparable models of both to see next to each other and to test drive both of them. Zack was very helpful in every way.

Starter quit working so AAA took it to it to Coggin Honda for me. Coggin replaced the starter but it only worked for 3 days. AAA took it back to Coggin and they put in another one which worked for 5 days. AAA took the car back to Coggin and they replaced the starter once again. I guess the 3rd one was the charm because it is still working after 3 or4 weeks. Where do they get these starters?
