I had a dead battery VERY late in the day. I got it jumped but was concerned it would not start to come in next day. When I called, Jorge understood - told me to come in. The battery was replaced. Jorge was courteous & gave me that valued customer feeling!

I am a AAA member and they have a program TruCar which brought me to CogginsHondaDeland. Had the pleasure of working with Ken Stracan sales consultant. Got me into the car that I had came to test drive wirh this excellent deal with TruCar. I'm giving it 4 stars because when we went into the finance office Antonio was not happy that I had a pre approval with AAA at a 3.29 rate. He offered me a loan at a higher rate. Now he had to redo the financing at 3.29. Which he did but had a bit of an attitude. Might have have been end of the day and debated to go home. 5 stars for Ken 3 stars for Antonio.

I had a dead battery in my wife’s 2016 Pilot and was desperate to get back on the road. With no way to get it jump started, the parts manager Gary went way beyond the call of duty and brought out a new battery to my house at 8:00 PM and personally changed out the defective battery while it was raining. Thanks again for a job well done and I will continue purchasing and servicing my vehicles at Coggin Deland Honda. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership.
