My service rep, Kelly, was direct and honest in communicating the service needs & answering my questions. I trust her input and advice and was completely satisfied with the service performed. I also greatly appreciated the courtesy ride so I didn’t need to wait at the dealership.

My. My battery had failed. A friend helped me jump start it so that I could drive to Coggin DeLand. , , , , , , Even though I had no appointment, they said they would check it, but that it would take a few hours as there were several cars in front of mine. They offered to take me home and pick me up once the battery was changed. Actually, it was only 2 hours before they called me to say they would pick me up so that I could collect my car. They had changed the battery at no charge, and had the completed a full inspection. I could not ask for better service.

Got everything done on time. Could'n be more pleased.
