I fid not buy a vehicle there. I used the service Department for an oil change. The place is very clean. A gentleman worker in the parking lot helped me to identify where the service Department was. Jorge was my customee service representative. There were at least 4 other customers lining up. The other two workers, male and female, told those customers they also were to wait for Jorge. It did not appear that the other two workers had customers, so it appears there is room for better time management in regards to putting customers first. ( I did notice the man eventually got a customer that eas assigned to him and a while later, the girl was assisting moving cars). However, I could see why Jorge was given all the customers to deal with. He had great people skills; friendly, professional, and efficient. I thought the snack area was a great bonus. I enjoyed drinking fresh coffee and eating fruit available, while watching TV in the comfortable waiting area.

The wait was a little longer than expected. Also I had a coupon for the service but it was expired so I couldn’t use it. Without a coupon an oil change and tire rotation was very expensive around $90.00. After the service a few days later I am emailed a coupon, problem is it’s only good for 30 days. Will expire before I can use it. Without a coupon I won’t pay $90.00 for an oil change. I hope I will be emailed a coupon after about 3 months from my last visit so I can use it and a have a reasonable price for a oil change.
