As it has been for the 5 years that I have been a client of the Coggins service all department everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. My primary service advisor, Kelly, always makes sure to go over the purpose of my visit before my CR-V heads for the service area. She will always let me know what should be done and also advises if something can wait for the next appointment.

Took my 2015 Honda Accord in for a new battery, oil change and tire rotation with an appointment at 3pm. Technician found I had a nail in a tire that could not be repaired so had to buy a new one. It took Coggin 3.25 hours to complete what should have been a 2 hour job, which I thought was excessive compared to the many decades of having cars serviced at this dealership. Marc Luteran my Service Advisor was not the delay reason and was actually professional, courteous and showed empathy on the delays.
