I have been bringing my cars here for years and am always happy. Unfortunately this last visit the technician incorrectly said the problem was fixed and I had to bring my vehicle back the next day and wait with it even though it had dropped it off for the whole prior day. I was disappointed in my initial service. My service advisor Jerry got right to making things right and the shop foreman ended up working on my vehicle. Jerry was great, shop foreman was great, however I was not impressed with whoever the initial technician was. Thankfully the problem did get resolved

I was personally contacted by Seth after I explained the situation on the online appointment platform. And he quickly tracked me down after I checked in (unknowingly with a different technician) and took over my care. And when checking out, he continued his above and beyond by searching for a discount he could apply to my bill.

I was kept updated on the progress
