I brought my daughter to Coggin Honda to buy her first car. I trust Coggin because their District Manager, I met 5 years ago, helped resolve a bad experience fair and square. I also bought my used car from Coggin. When it is time I will go back to trade in my used car to buy another one. I am loyal to them because they listen and care to help work with me about any concerns I have. They fixed what needed fixing so we bought safe cars. They charged fair prices. I feel confident I can return there if and when I have any issues and get my car repaired well. Barry Stadtler in Coggin Honda Deland is a kind, patient, thoughtful, caring salesman. He patiently showed us cars and let us drive them when one looked interesting. We asked tons of questions on safety, maintenance history, # of owners, mileage, where it was used, looked at the car faxes, explored all we could to find best affordable safest car in great condition. After a month or so we finally found the best car and my daughter loves it !!! So far so good, and I trust Coggin to help us if there is any issue. They are honest. Santiago the Sales Manager was helpful too. We will return to Coggin for our future cars. It is a great dealership.

Was met with a very helpful, knowledgeable salesman, Sam, upon our arrival. He showed us vehicles that were available within the scope of our needs. He was not pushy and agreeable with our decision to think about it overnight. I have not ever had an experience where the salesman didn't try to close the deal right then.
