Waited in lobby for over an hour before receiving any update on status of service. At two hours my vehicle was finally inspected and told what additional service was recommended. I decided to leave and return later for pickup. My car was washed after the service. However, there were water spots left all over the finish. I had to get it washed again to remove spotting. I was told they were running behind on service but no one ever communicated that to us waiting in lobby.

All went well with my oil change as scheduled. Kelly was helpful in showing me pictures with explanations of maintenance that may be needed. I did one of the five that day. I discovered that two had been done at another dealership and don't need to be done for awhile. The other two should be ok for now since I don't drive many miles per month.

Kelly was so helpful and professional. I really needed quick service as my husband has dementia and can’t be left alone for long periods of time. It was super fast and my car feels great!!

I went into the dealership to test drive a CR-V. Jesse, the salesman, was courteous and fully answered my questions. Four hours later, I drove out with my new CR-V. I was very pleased. (The price could have been somewhat lower however, being the last few days of the year.)
