Seth gave me excellent service, very friendly, personable, assisted me in understanding the technology of this new car, how to operate screens, giving me knowledge and understanding. This is at least the 3rd time that Seth has taken car the car and me. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give that rating to Seth. Also the time for the service to be completed was a lot less than what was extimated. An excellent visit tot he dealership all around. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I ended up with an oil change, a brake fluid flush, and new tires. I called around to other tire locations and they were a few that were cheaper but the tires weren't as good a quality. For a little bit more I got better tires and great service.

After 20 years of driving the same vehicle, I dreaded jumping into the post covid world of buying a new car. Thankfully, I did my research before narrowing down to a few finalists. Thanks to Kelile, Danny, Santiago and George the process of purchasing the 2024 Passport did not become a nightmare for me. I am extremely grateful to this amazing crew and to the finance department for correcting the license plate “boo boo”.

I was immediately taken care of at my 11 o'clock appointment. Kelly communicated very well and kept me informed. She was also very pleasant to talk with.

I met with Kelly, and she started on the car immediately. She even showed me where I could work in a cubical while I waited. She then shared what was found needing attention and let me decide, without pressure, what I wanted to do. She made sure I knew how much it would cost, then got to work. It took far less time than I thought it would, and the car even looked like it had a light wash when I got in. I bring this car to Coggin because of Kelly, but I have not had any issues with the actual work done on it there either. Happy Customer
