Kelly is always awesome; however, your deceptive advertising is disappointing. The oil change is always $10 more. It makes you look untrustworthy. Will probably not trust you with larger repairs.

This was the BEST car buying experience! Allen who was my salesman was very knowledgeable and beyond helpful from start to finish. He made this car buying experience so smooth and painless. The managers (finance and floor manager) went above and beyond to make our deal work and truly listened to what we were looking for, the truly showed great determination and effort to get us the best deal and get us the car of my dreams!

Visit was to replace the stolen grille badge and damaged millimeter radar holder. I made an easy online service appt and was greeted immediately on arrival by Service Adviser Seth Taylor. The car went into the shop for inspection and Seth soon advised me of the parts and labor cost. I returned the car the following day when parts would be available. I received a voice mail from Seth when it was finished and we returned the following day to pick it up. Timely actions, good communication made this a good visit in spite of the High cost for two plastic pieces.
